1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Blueutils (blueutils.com), including our web interface and public API endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service & API Access

Blueutils provides free online developer utilities and programmatic HTTP API endpoints across all tool categories (including JSON formatters, Linux crontab visualizers, cryptography tools, text utilities, and conversion APIs).

3. Usage & Rate Limits

To ensure high availability and platform security for all developers, Blueutils enforces strict usage and data payload limits:

• UI Tools: Limited to 100 executions per 15 minutes with a maximum payload size of 5 MB per request.
• Public API Endpoints: Programmatic REST API endpoints (including POST API routes) are limited to 5 requests per 60 minutes with a maximum payload size of 256 KB per request.
• Prohibited Uses: Attempting to bypass rate limiters, launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, scraping, or utilizing automated scripts to overload our infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

All Blueutils services—including both web user interfaces and public API endpoints—are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Blueutils provides NO WARRANTY that any output, calculation, transformed payload, recommendation, or API response will be error-free, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for production deployment. Developers and automated scripts using Blueutils APIs or web tools are solely responsible for independently verifying all results prior to production use. In no event shall Blueutils be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, relying upon, or inability to use our website or API endpoints.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
